Tosa Tonight wouldn’t be in our beautiful pavilion at Hart Park without the early dedication and contribution from WaterStone Bank. Since 1921, WaterStone Bank has served local communities as a financial institution known for its tradition of stability and community involvement. From 1921 to 2008, WaterStone Bank was known as Wauwatosa Savings Bank, so you 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 their roots run deep here, establishing strong ties to the community and remaining committed to promoting Wauwatosa’s growth and development.
We are thrilled to announce WaterStone Bank as Presenting Sponsors for June 25th’s fabulous night of entertainment.
Kicking off the night is a super group of sorts: Wisconsin Space Program. Wisconsin Space Program is a psychedelic-rock trio from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Formed in 2024, the group consists of members from NEWSKI and The Delta Routine. Their sound draws from a mix of 1960’s psych-rock and classic rock, as well as modern psychedelic music. Concert attendees can expect to see them lay it all on the line, extending songs into explosive instrumental arrangements. They craft their songs to be groovy, unpredictable, energetic, and rich in harmonies.
If Wisconsin Space Program doesn’t launch your rocket into orbit, we’re betting our next performers will… Mucca Pazza!
Mucca Pazza assembled itself in a steel mill parking lot along the Chicago River in 2004. Combining marching band traditions and street theater spectacle with rock and roll sensibilities, Mucca Pazza quickly found a home for its 30-odd members in the thriving Chicago underground music scene. An unparalleled eccentric, frenetic visual presence and genre-bending original compositions has earned Mucca Pazza critical praise and a loyal following.
Mucca Pazza’s fearless ability to play anywhere has opened up opportunities for them to perform in absurd locations like libraries, reflection ponds and escalators. Major festivals they’ve played include Lollapalooza, Lincoln Center’s Out of Doors, Festival International de Louisiane and the Montreal Jazz Festival. Preceded by the reputation of their live show, Mucca Pazza hit the airwaves and interwebs appearing on Late Night with Conan O’Brien, WNYC, NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert while licensing music to TV’s Weeds, I Love Dick and the Golden Globe® award-winning Transparent. They’ve been busy collaborators, too, working with a range of artists including Chicago Sinfonietta.
Tosa Tonight only turns 25-years-old once. We can’t think of a better way to celebrate it than with one of our longest sponsors — WaterStone Bank — Wisconsin Space Program, and the one and only Mucca Pazza!
