Welcome to the MS Run and Rock Fest!
A high-voltage party of miles, music, and community all coming together to support those living with multiple sclerosis. 🎸
Join us for an unforgettable day where every step makes a difference. The MS Run & Rock Fest features two running challenges, a kid fun run, rockin’ music and family-friendly fun for all. Let’s rock and rally for those living with MS!
🏃♂️ Choose Your Challenge:
No Rules Run - 16 miles
No Route. No Rules. No Problem. No official course, no restrictions, no frills — just 16 miles, you and the open road.
Start at Mama D’s: Waukesha and make your way to the finish line at Hart Park Rotary Pavillion in Wauwatosa. Run, walk, bike, roller skate, or even cartwheel — you own this challenge!
Note: This is a point-to-point event. Solo or relay teams welcome. We will provide a recommended course and a half way point aid station.
Rock the Loop - 1 Mile Challenge
How many laps can you crush in 2 hours? Run, walk, or roll as many 1-mile loops as you can on a closed course at Hart Park in Wauwatosa.
Go solo or team up for a relay-style challenge. There’s one aid station at the start/finish to keep you going — and pumpin’ music on the Rotary stage to power every mile.
Note: There will be no chip timing. Each individual or team will track of their laps on a board at the start/finish line.
Family and fans are welcome to cheer you on in this fun, inclusive, and family-friendly event.
Kids Fun Run - 1/4 Mile Loop
Let the little rockstars shine! Kids 8 and under are invited to rock around the stage for a ¼-mile loop around the Rotary Pavilion. It’s short, sweet, and packed with fun. Fun Run starts at 9:15am. FREE!
Whether you’re aiming for a personal best or just in it for the party, this event is built for all levels and all abilities.

**Why we run**
We run for those who can't. Proceeds support MS Run the US — a nonprofit dedicated to empowering people living with multiple sclerosis (MS) through endurance, connection, and support.
More Than A Mile Challenge: Hart Park is more than a 1-mile challenge event location — it's also the finish location to the Wisconsin segment of America's only 3,260-mile relay run. Each year MS Run the US hosts a run across America from Santa Monica to New York City for MS awareness and fundraising. This relay is one-of-a-kind — challenging a team of 21 hand-selected runners to individually complete 160-miles in 6 days while fundraising at least $10,000 for the mission. This year, Wisconsin's own Trenni Casey will finish her 160-mile, 6-day run from Platteville to Milwaukee at Hart Park on July 6th around 12:00pm CT. Trenni is the Segment 15 runner of this 21-segment team, and runs for her aunt who died 30 years ago from complications from MS.
Come for the one-mile challenge, stay for the inspiration! Whether you're crushing miles or cheering from the sidelines, you're helping bring strength, hope, and purpose to those who need it most.
So grab your friends, bring the whole family, and help us take on MS — one mile and one song at a time!
