Hands Only CPR and AED Use

Join us for a hands-only CPR training session, taught by Waunakee Area EMS! This session will be held at the Waunakee Public Library. Learn how to make a life-saving difference when every minute counts in a cardiac arrest situation. Our EMS team will guide you through an hour-and-a-half session covering chest compressions and AED usage. There will also be time for Q&A and practice, helping you feel confident in performing chest compressions.

This class is open to anyone 10 years and older. Please wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to kneel on the ground. Accommodations can be made if kneeling is difficult. This class is free and NOT a certification course, but meant to build confidence in our community members to perform CPR if the need arises.
