Sunrise Vinyasa with Tina

Welcome the day with intention and energy in this early morning Sunrise Flow. This dynamic Vinyasa practice is designed to awaken your body, mind, and spirit through mindful movement, breath, and rhythm—just as the sun rises to meet a new day.

Each class begins with a grounding moment to connect to the breath and set your intention. From there, we flow through a creative sequence of standing and balancing postures that build strength, flexibility, and internal heat. Movements are linked with breath in a continuous, meditative flow that promotes both physical vitality and mental clarity.

Perfect for those who want to start their day with purpose, this energizing morning practice leaves you feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to take on the day.

This class is best suited for students comfortable with standing sequences and moderate to dynamic movement. All are welcome to modify as needed.
