As the leaves begin to turn and the air grows crisp, nature reminds us to slow down, let go, and return to what truly grounds us. Autumn is a season of transformation—a time to release what no longer serves and reconnect with the deeper parts of ourselves.
Join Jackie and Sarah for a nourishing day-long retreat designed to support your body, mind, and spirit through the seasonal shift. This in-house retreat at The Om Center offers a blend of gentle movement, restorative stillness, mindful reflection, and seasonal self-care—all set within a warm, welcoming community.
We’ll begin the day with a fall-balancing vinyasa practice led by Sarah to steady your energy and open space for presence. You’ll gather in community to share intentions and reflections, then explore the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda for Autumn in an educational workshop focused on supporting your nervous system, digestion, and overall wellbeing during the Vata season.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to bring balance to the airy, changeable qualities of fall with simple daily routines, grounding foods, and self-care rituals like abhyanga (oil massage) and warm nourishment. We’ll explore journaling and group discussion around topics like:
What am I ready to release this season?
What helps me feel rooted and supported during times of change?
How can I align my daily rhythm with the natural world?
You’ll leave the workshop with a beautifully designed Fall Wellness Guide filled with tips, tools, and inspiration to continue your seasonal journey at home.
After a mindful lunch break and time for rest or a quiet walk, the afternoon invites you to unwind even more deeply with a restorative yin yoga practice guided by Jackie. You’ll settle into long-held poses with the support of props, breathe into stillness, and be gently guided through a meditation for release and renewal.
We’ll close with warm tea and a community circle, offering space to share what you’re taking with you into the season ahead.
This retreat is open to all levels and is a beautiful way to honor the rhythm of fall—by turning inward, slowing down, and nourishing yourself from the inside out.
