About the event

Skeeter the Clown is coming to town!!!!

The circus is coming to town and with the arrival of the circus, Skeeter the Clown will be coming to Waterloo to get everyone excited for the circus!

We will have free rides on the Carousel and having a coloring contest with Skeeter the Clown.

All visitors under the age of 13 will receive a $1 off coupon for Pony Rides the day of the circus!
