TRIPLE THREAT INTENSIVE AUDITIONS OPEN only until April 20th

From July 21st to 25th in Waterloo, Ontario, 25 pre-college and college-aged students who are serious about pursuing a career in the performing arts will be immersed in all things musical theatre at the Drayton Entertainment Youth Academy.
Led by the Youth Academy’s Education and Outreach Manager, Chad McNamara, students will work in-person with members of the Drayton Entertainment production of Jesus Christ Superstar. Workshops include acting through song, monologue performance, audition technique, agent relations, improv, theatrical intimacy, and much more.
Participants will also participate in Virtual Broadway Mentor Q&A with Jenna Bainbridge, Nessarose from Wicked on Broadway.
Confirmed in-person workshop leaders include Heather Kosik (La Cage aux Folles – Stratford Festival), Robert Markus (Evan in Evan Hansen - Mirvish), Jade McLeod (Jagged Little Pill – National Tour), Chad McNamara (Doodlebops - Disney Channel), and Adam Sergison (Priscilla Queen of the Desert – Drayton Entertainment) with more to come!
On the final night, students will celebrate graduation by attending Jesus Christ Superstar at the Hamilton Family Theatre in Cambridge followed by a talk-back and photo op.
Affordable dormitory-style residence accommodations are available at The University of Waterloo, 20 minutes away from the Academy on public transit.
