Chair Dance Intermediate (Weekly Course)

Continue working on your Chair Dance Technique in this Intermediate course! Dancers should be comfortable walking and strutting in heels, isolating different body parts, learning choreography at a steady pace, and should possess some degree of flexibility and strength. Dancers should feel comfortable strutting in heels, hinging forward quickly without losing balance, should feel confident in transferring weight quickly and be able to make transitions to and from the floor with ease.
