Contemporary Advanced

This is an Advanced Course. Perfect for dancers with strong technique foundation looking to focus more on performance abilities, musicality, and/or looking to refine their ability to retain choreography quickly.

The warm up and choreography will help dancers work on their strength, flexibility and endurance. It is highly recommended that dancers registering for this class are free from mobility concerns or injuries that could cause restricted mobility - especially in the back, hips, or neck. This class will focus on musicality and styling. Special dance gear might be needed.
