Ballet & Baby: A Baby-Wearing Ballet Class for Moms

Step into a world of graceful and gentle movement with our beginner ballet class designed exclusively for moms with babies and young toddlers! In this session, you'll glide through easy, ballet-inspired movements—specially adapted for your postpartum body—while your little one cozily nests in a baby carrier. The class will include both barre, down-the-floor, and centre components, all geared towards improving posture with baby in tow!
