Jeff made his wishes very clear to us, his family, that when his time came to leave this world, he wanted an epic party! And what Jeff wanted, Jeff will get!
This will be no ordinary memorial I can assure you.
Bad Habits Band 🎸 has graciously agreed to play for us. We will have intermittent opportunities for karaoke 🎤 as well as times to share your favorite and most iconic Jeff (Bergie) moments 📖
There will be a cash bar (cash only so bring plenty of it) There will be fabulous food, because Jeff loved his food and deserts beyond your wildest imagination (because if you knew Jeff you knew he had a palate for the sweets 🍫 🧁)
Please come dressed in any attire related to one of Jeff’s passions (Cubs, Bears, Rock & Roll, 80’s movies/music, Lego, Corvettes or anything else you know he loved) There will be a prize for the best outfit!! 🏆
We are going to be doing a silent auction to raise money to donate to The Dragonfly Transplant Fund and to do something very special for the nurses that took such amazing care of him. You won’t want to miss that! There will be some one of a kind items (made by Jeff himself ❤️)
Please invite anyone and everyone who was blessed to have Jeff in their life. Please also feel free to invite anyone who followed along with his journey. We are all in this together! The more the merrier!
