"Bending, stretching, and hoping I don’t fall over in the grass. 🤸‍♀️🌿 Yoga in the park: where the sun is my spotlight and squirrels are my audience.

Sunday Morning Yoga Flow is back at People's Park, Waterford. Were meeting every week near the Band Stand at 10am between the 6th of April and 27th of July. This open level practice is donation based. Simply show up with your mat, a water bottle and layers for Savasana.
