Sunset Paddleboard Yoga

River Vibes is proud to offer Paddleboard Yoga sessions Summer of 2025. This session is beginner friendly and will include a brief introduction to paddleboarding if needed and will navigate around historic Castle Island at sunset to the shallow sandy banks where we will have a slow-moving yoga flow with short yin holding poses.

This session will be lead by Jess Kennedy who has ten years of land lead yoga experience and is excited to bring a relaxing hybrid of water sport and mindful meditation to the sand banks of historic Castle Island located in view of Downtown Washington’s Waterfront

Soak up the sunset and let the worries of the work week wash over you and out into the peaceful Pamlico River.

Quick drying, comfortable clothing is highly recommended. Try to avoid any material that is absorbent such as cotton.

NEEDS
Bring a beach towel, a waterproof solution for any valuables that you may want to bring with you, and sunscreen and bug spray as you see fit.

$30 includes Yoga session, SUP, paddle, PFD, & SUP anchor

$15 if you bring your own paddleboard
