The Sunday Reset class is designed to help you shake off the Sunday scaries and recharge for the upcoming week. Expect a gentle feel good vinyasa flow, combining mindful breath focused movement and guided relaxation techniques. Join us to rejuvenate your body and mind in a supportive group setting.
