About the event

"Happy Hips" Workshop with Gretchen

It might be called belly dance, but most of the magic really happens in the hips, so in this workshop we’ll focus on this very important part of the dancer’s toolkit. Through a mix of drills, combinations, and targeted exercises we will work on building strength, flexibility, and control for the sharpest and gooiest hips we can achieve. Some previous belly dance experience recommended.
