Girls with Goals: Dumbbells and Beyond

July 8–24
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11–11:30 a.m.

Participants will take their strength training to the next level in this dynamic class that combines dumbbell exercises with advanced techniques and functional movements. They will build on foundational skills while incorporating compound exercises, progressive overload and creative challenges. Personal Trainer Valerie Greene will make this class perfect for anyone ready to go beyond the basics and achieve their fitness goals.

Ages: 12-14
Prices: $85 members, $105 non-members
