Join a Supportive and Fun Running Class
Certified Personal Trainer, Ashley Kersting, is excited to be offering a 1-mile training program at Five Points. She is looking forward to helping participants improve speed, challenge themselves and be a part of something awesome! These 30-minute meetings will help keep you accountable and focused on your end goal: completing a 1-mile run. Participants will meet for six-weeks and on the seventh week, everyone will complete a 1-mile run at Five Points!
These classes are open to all running levels, and you don’t have to have any previous running experience to register. Complete beginners are always welcome!
We want you to achieve whatever goal you have set for yourself. Whether it’s your first time running a mile, or you are looking to improve your mile speed, this is the class for you!
September 17-October 22
Wednesdays | 6:30-7 p.m.
*Race Day is October 29 at 6:30 p.m.
Location:
Weather permitting outside Five Points, inside Five Points if the weather is bad.
Registration:
You must be 15-years or older to register. Your registration fee covers your six-week class and entry into October 29’s 1-Mile race. Registration can be done online, at the front desk or over the phone. Registration closes on September 17.
Members: $60
Non-Members: $80
*Minimum registration is 4 participants and the maximum is 15.
