Happy Hips & Low Back - 6 Weeks Series

For those of you who missed it last spring... we had a sold out class in Washington!

We are opening up a new series at Five Points starting in September. Happy Hips & Low Back is a 6 weeks series on Wednesday nights at 5:45pm. We will explore a variety of MELT Method techniques to relieve pain and stiffness in the lower body.

You will learn common root causes of low back pain and create change for lasting relief of YOUR specific issues.
