Event Description:

Join Chef Jenn Crovato for a one-night-only summer tasting menu that dives deep into the stories behind each dish .

This intimate dinner will feature seven dishes, four will be showcasing sustainable best-choice fish sourced responsibly to protect our oceans and communities.

Along with each dish, Chef Jenn will share the inspiration behind the dish: Learn why certain fish were chosen, what makes them sustainable.

The evening is also interactive: your feedback matters. At the end of the night, guests will vote on their favorite fish dishes — and the top two will be featured on our summer menu.

TO START :

WATERMELON SALAD with lime, mint and feta

PEACH & ARUGULA SALAD ricotta salata, balsamic

MAIN COURSE TASTING:

GRILLED ORA KING SALMON panzanella salad

RED DRUM kale slaw, carrots, jalapeno, sriracha ginger soy aioli

STRIPED BASS corn & tomato salad

GRILLED COBIA Sicilian style

DESSERT:

LEMON TARRAGON PANNA COTTA balsamic strawberries

We will also include two glasses of wine that pair with the meal for those 21 and older. Additional beverages are not included but wil be available for purchase.
