Join us in AutoShop for author Robin Givhan’s first appearance in DC for her new book, Make It Ours: Crashing the Gates of Culture with Virgil Abloh.
On June 26 from 6-9:30 PM, Creative Theory Agency will host an engaging evening exploring fashion, race, taste and exclusivity with The Washington Post’s Pulitzer Prize-winning culture and fashion critic as a special guest. Drawing from exclusive access to the late Virgil Abloh’s inner circle, Givhan offers insights from her acclaimed book on Louis Vuitton’s first Black artistic director—praised by British Vogue as “a thrilling journey into the mind of a genius.”
The evening includes a Q+A discussion led by Creative Theory’s Tamon George and Gary Williams, book-signings and reception with cash bar. Make It Ours is available nationwide on June 24 from Crown Publishing and will be available for purchase at the event.
