6-Week Pranayama (Breathwork) Series with Carrie Sutter

Focused breathwork is not only a powerful way to deepen your yoga practice but has also been shown to decrease stress and improve cardiovascular health. This practice can be done in any seated position or lying down, so it is comfortable and accessible to almost anyone!

Each week, enjoy gentle movement, guided pranayama, and a restorative savasana. You will practice six different types of pranayama, learn when to incorporate them into your yoga practice and in your day-to-day life, and gain an effective tool for managing your nervous system.

Enrollment includes guides to each of the pranayama practices and tools to continue your practice on your own.

There are no drop ins for this series as each class will build on what was practiced the week before. Should you need to miss a week, 15-minute makeup sessions will be offered before or after class at no additional cost. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended for this practice.
