Sea Glass Vase or Lamp Workshop at Moonstone Art Studio

During this workshop our instructor will walk you through the steps involved in creating a beautiful 8" tall sea glass vase or lamp. We will cover working with sea glass, glass grout, and other materials. YES! They light up! Each person will be provided with a lighted base.

All materials are included in the cost of the workshop.

Choose you colors of seaglass upon arrival. I will have a mix of real and faux seaglass available.

We do not use glue; these are glass grouted and completely waterproof once cured.

No prior art experience is needed!

The studio is BYOB! Drinks are welcome.

-Can children attend the art workshop too? This workshop is appropriate for ages 8+ with an adult

- Can I take my piece home the same day? Yes

-When do doors open? Doors open at 6:20pm

-Can I bring my own sea glass to incorporate in? Yes!

-Do you offer refunds? Less than 48 hours before class start time all sales are final, no refunds or transfers. If you cannot attend, please email me asap, as materials are prepared in advance. If it is more than 48 hours before class, you can choose to either receive a full refund or you can transfer to another workshop date, if available (please check the website calendar and email me with the date of the class you would like to transfer to). If you contact me less than 48 hours before class start time all sales are final, no refunds or transfers. However, if you know someone who would like to take your place they can come instead.

-What happens in the case of inclement weather? If class is canceled due to inclement weather an e-mail will be sent out ASAP. In most cases it will be 24 hours in advance. Full refunds will be issued. In some cases, a makeup date may be offered or a refund. Check the e-mail you used for updates. I will also post to 'Jessie Jewels Art' Facebook page.

About the Artist: Jessie Jewels is a Rhode Island based artist. She specializes in mixed media and has been featured in many exhibitions. Her work can be found in local galleries and gift shops.
