Join Maryann Houston Certified Clinical & Medical Support Hypnotherapist for a supportive class designed to help ease anxiety and stress. Through guided hypnotherapy relaxation and self-hypnosis techniques you’ll learn to shift limiting thought patterns and gain practical tools to feel calmer balanced and in control.
