Stepping into the Shadow: The Basics of Shadow Work

Participants will learn to create a safe space for introspection to better understand their inner dynamics.


Participants should come prepared with a specific Shadow or recurring pattern to address, such as an emotional trigger or limiting belief. Focusing on a particular shadow aspect will deepen engagement in exercises and discussions, facilitating individual healing and contributing to the group's collective growth through shared insights and support.
