This 45 minute chair yoga class is designed for individuals of all ages and abilities, particularly those with mobility limitations, injuries, or those who prefer a gentler approach to exercise. These classes utilize a chair for support, allowing participants to perform modified yoga poses while seated or using the chair for balance. Chair yoga offers a range of benefits, including improved flexibility, strength, balance, and stress reduction.
