Located at the beautiful Jurrasic coastal village of Lulworth Cove.

Meeting at Lulworth Lodge, we change and prepare for the new sauna at The Saltwater Sauna, with use of changing rooms and fresh shower at Lulworth Lodge. We brunch there before a coastal walk, connecting to nature and breathtaking views.
The afternoon starts Ali’s Yoga yoga flow before Ellie Loves’ transformative Breathwork.
To finish, ending with Ali’s blissful Tibetan Sound bath.
