An intimate and transformative workshop designed to support men in reconnecting to their bodies, releasing what no longer serves them, and awakening their inner vitality.

Ritual Awakening for Men is a deeply held ceremonial journey that supports you to gently release stored tension, stress, and emotion, reconnect with your body, and awaken your life force energy.
Attendance is limited to 6 men to honour the depth of this work and maintain the intimacy of the space.
We begin with a grounding cacao ceremony designed to open the heart, cultivate presence, and create connection within the group. From here, participants are guided in the practice of Kundalini Bodywork for Men, a safe and grounded modality integrating breath, sound, touch, movement, and energy to activate the body’s innate healing intelligence.
What is Kundalini Bodywork?
Sarah Elizabeth’s delivers Kundalini Bodywork a powerful somatic approach that works with the nervous system, energetic field, and subtle body to awaken dormant Kundalini energy. Through intuitive, body-based techniques, the process supports the release of stored emotions, the unwinding of old patterns, and the clearing of stagnant energy.
This creates space for greater clarity, strength, and embodied presence.
We close with a grounding earthing meditation and a shared meal, allowing time for integration and connection.
