Energise Winter with Tai Chi Qigong
ENERGY EASE CALM RELAXATION STRENGTH Make a difference to this winter and revitalise your mind and body. If the colder weather makes you moody, sapped of energy or lacking in motivation to move, then come and try this ancient energising movement practice!

Learn how to balance your Yang (energy) and Yin (stillness) with simple practices of Qigong (also known as Daoist Yoga) and Meditation. This ancient traditional Chinese practice uses holistic, yet simple, exercises to stretch the major muscles and organs of the body and stimulate the meridian (energy) system.

The potential benefits are numerous for you.... restoration of energy reserves, reduction in chronic stress symptoms, internal cleansing of the body toxins, whilst enhancing harmony for body and mind.
