Sunday reset 〰️ yin + morning tea

Ease into your Sunday with stillness + intention.

This gentle morning gathering offers space to slow down and reset 〰️ through the grounding ritual of yin and the quiet connection of shared tea and raw treats.

We’ll move through a meditative sequence of long held postures to ease tension in the body, calm the mind and create space for clarity. An invitation to pause, breathe and gently realign before the week begins.

After practice, stay a little longer + enjoy a warm cup of tea and nourishing raw treats. Take a moment to connect, unwind and ease gently into the rest of your day.

No experience needed. Mats, props, tea and treats provided. You’re welcome to bring a blanket or journal if you like x
