Sunni Muslim Marriage Event

This is a privately organised event hosted by a brother and sister dedicated to supporting the local community. We are grateful to Abu Bakr Trust for generously donating the use of the hall for this occasion.

The event will be held at a Masjid, and we kindly ask all attendees to observe Islamic etiquette and dress modestly in accordance with the setting.

Our aim is to provide a respectful and dignified platform where like-minded individuals and families can meet in pursuit of finding a suitable marriage partner. By attending this marriage event, all participants acknowledge and agree that the organisers and associated parties are not responsible or liable for any outcomes resulting from connections during the event. This includes, but is not limited to, emotional distress, financial loss, or any other personal consquences arising from interactions or relationships formed. Participation is entirely voluntary, and attendees are responsible for their own decisions and actions. The organisers make no guarantees regarding compatibility, accuracy of participant information, or future relationship outcomes.

Event Details:

– Date & Time: Doors open at 11:00 am for prompt registration. The event will begin sharply at 12:00 pm.
– Location: Abu Bakr Masjid, 156–160 Wednesbury Rd, Walsall WS1 4JJ, UK
– Ticket Info: Pre-booking via Eventbrite is essential. No tickets will be sold at the door. Entry will be refused without a valid booking reference. Tickets are non-refundable unless in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the mosque.
– Included: Light Lunch and refreshments, structured networking activities, and a respectful, faith-aligned environment.

Event Schedule:

– 11:00 am – 12:00 pm: Registration and refreshments
– 12:00 pm – 12:10 pm: Opening with Quran recitation
– 12:10 pm – 12:30 pm: Introduction to the event format
– 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm: Group interactions via ice-breaker questions and table rotations
– 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Lunch break and Zuhr prayer
– 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm: One-to-one sessions for further discussion and contact exchange
– 5:00 pm: Event close

Important Notes:

– This is a non-profit event. Any surplus funds will be donated to charity.
– To maintain a balanced ratio of male and female attendees, we may restrict bookings once capacity is reached.
– If you can no longer attend, please inform us by Friday, 13th June at 5:00 pm so we may offer your place to someone else.
