self defence workshop for women & girls

Our 6 week bootcamp is designed for those who want to dive deeper into our self defence skills, but not yet ready to commit to our monthly membership!

1 hour per week for 6 weeks, kicking off with awareness, avoidance, de-escalation & confidence building, then as we start to get physical we will move onto blocks, palm strikes & basic kicks, then we will look at different kinds of grab releases (wrist grabs, hair/head covering pulls & clothing grabs etc) before ending the bootcamp with potential attack scenarios on the floor!

This is not martial arts, it is self defence which in real life is messy, meaning techniques go out the window, but having the confidence & knowledge to defend yourself correctly is what makes all of the difference!!
