About the event

AGM and BBQ
Please join us for our Family BBQ to include AGM and badge presentations.

On Tuesday 20th May 2025, we will be hosting our Family BBQ and Annual General Meeting at Holy Trinity School, Church Street, Clayhanger, WS8 7EG at 6:15 for a 6:30 start!

The evening will consist of a short AGM, badge presentations for all sections, and a BBQ. Young people should wear uniform and there will be no normal meetings on this evening.

All children must be accompanied by an adult & remain the responsibility of their adult.
Please bring a chair and reusable cup with you. BBQ items will be charged at £1.50 per item.
