Deeply resting the body, simple mind calming techniques and the healing effect of sound can help you find peacefulness in your life; helping calm the body and mind and putting you in a better place both mentally and emotionally.
The session starts with connection to and an exploration of your breath. You will be expertly guided into a short breathing practice as well as one or two very gentle restorative yoga postures to ease tensions in the body.
These may differ each week but are accessible to all, with full explanations given. You will then snuggle up warmly and be lovingly guided into a deep relaxation -loosely themed around Mother Nature or the cycles of the moon, experiencing a deep sense of inner connection and rest, whilst simultaneously being bathed in the healing frequencies of sound. Sounds will include Tibetan and Himalayan singing bowls, bells, chimes, drums & drones.
You will leave rested, rejuvenated, clear headed and calm, ready for your weekend.
