Drawing Out Your Soul
An ongoing event on the 4th Friday of the Month starting on Friday Jan. 24th from 7:00 - 9:00pm
Art takes us to the realm of wonder.
Each Drawing Out Your Soul session is designed to offer the space to listen to our longings, to discover the beauty in ourselves, and to step into a stronger alignment with our true values.
Alexandra True uses the word draw because it has multiple meanings:
✨to sketch,
✨to inhale air into the lungs,
✨to tease out,
✨to attract,
✨to rely on others for support.
Alexandra True invites us to express creatively with our own hands on a blank page. We disengage our rational, logical thoughts and allow creativity and intuition to flow. Using our hands as an extension of our soul, we receive and transmit energy and healing. Using breathing techniques in hopes of experiencing our still-point, we invigorate and re-orienting us to clarify and shape our reality. We create in the domain of relationship, sharing our truth in community, connecting with each other in safety and kindness. No prior art experience is required.

About Your Instructor:
Alexandra True is a trained practitioner of Nonviolent Communication and in ARTbundanceTM, a process of self-discovery through creativity. Using painting, drawing, writing and a variety of creative techniques, she finds expressing emotions can be a very healing process. Alexandra shares her learnings and provides opportunities for others to enter the creative process leading to deep transformation at a soul level.
