September Fun Flow: Flow and Glow

September fun flow
September 26 | 6:30-8:00pm

Start your evening out picking from a selection of fall scents to complete your candle pour courtesy of White Street Market. Then, roll out your mat for a beautiful melody of Yin and Yang with Kat. This class offers a Vinyasa style flow, but at a slower pace. Mindfully connect breath to movement, building strength and balance. Find your edge and then release. After class, join us for an appetizer box from The Lemon Tree and a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage. When you are done with yoga and community, your candle will be set and ready to take home!

~Cost: $40 (includes candle, class, apps, and wine)
$25 (includes candle and class - no food or wine included)
