This event aims to increase awareness around self-harm, reduce stigma, and empower participants with coping strategies that can be used during moments of stress, anxiety, or overwhelming emotions. We will discuss warning signs, protective factors, and age-appropriate coping skills that promote emotional regulation, resilience, and overall mental well-being.
The training is intended to be supportive, educational, and preventative, creating a safe space for learning and conversation. While the topic is serious, the focus will be on hope, healing, and practical skills that individuals and families can use in everyday life.
This event is appropriate for:
- Youth and adolescents (with parental permission, if applicable)
- Parents and caregivers
- Church and community members
- Ministry leaders and volunteers
Our goal is to ensure that everyone leaves feeling informed, supported, and equipped with tools to navigate emotional challenges—either for themselves or for someone they care about.
