This year Flag Day, 14 June, falls on the same day as our Waco Juneteenth Parade (Juneteenth is actually on the 19th), the 250th Birthday of the US Army and coincides with the NO KINGS, National Day of Resistance. This is the perfect way to end that long day celebrating our nations heritage of defending freedom, Democracy and the rights of every citizen. Erin Baker Shank's McLennan County Democratic Party Flag Day Celebration is always the best party of the year! We are so grateful for her generosity and her leadership in this battle. Come out, relax under the trees or in the AC, hear about our efforts, eat hotdogs and ice cream and drink a cold beverage. Get to know fellow members of our movement. Most of all, enjoy the company of friends. The party begins at 6:00 pm and is at 1902 Austin Avenue in Waco!
