Meet Your Higher Self: Sanctuary Meditation

𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 is an ancient technique that takes you deeper within to connect with what’s called your higher self. Your higher self contains the higher aspects of who you are – the version of you that you’ve been aspiring to but may not yet be able to actively embody.
