Highlights include BBQ Santa Barbara Rockfish, Watermelon Sashimi, and a standout Peanut & Smithfield-Crusted Pork Chop, paired perfectly with Ancient Peaks’ “Oyster Ridge” Cabernet Sauvignon and the limited-release “Pearl” Cabernet Sauvignon. To finish, a delicate Fresh Peach Napoleon rounds out the experience.
