Lunch features a vibrant Summer Tomato Salad topped with Grilled Flank Steak, followed by a sweet and satisfying Blackberry Crisp that captures the essence of the season. While Dinner opens with a stunning Grilled Summer Peach paired with creamy Burrata, then moves into a savory Marinated Pork Tenderloin glazed with Honey, Dijon Mustard, and Red Chile. Dessert is a chilled, elegant Frozen Plum Bombe that’s as impressive as it is delicious.
