Full Moon Yoga and Sound

Join Kendall, owner of The Healing Loft, and Carly, owner of Waves of Change Coalition, on the lawn of the historic Whitehurst-Buffington House for an enchanting evening of gentle yoga and sound healing under the glow of the full moon. 🌕

You’ll be guided through a slow, grounding yoga sequence while Himalayan singing bowls are played throughout—inviting ease into the body, calm into the mind, and softness into the breath. We’ll end with an extended savasana and a full sound bath to soak in the magic. ✨

Please bring a large towel or blanket to practice on and wear comfortable layers. In case of inclement weather, class will be held inside The Healing Loft.

A portion of proceeds will support the Whitehurst-Buffington House Foundation.
