About the event

The Murph Challenge at BoomTown CrossFit
This Memorial Day, we will be partnering with the Vinton Police Department to host a community event to complete the hero workout “Murph.”

About this Event

Join us for our annual Murph Challenge on Memorial Day, May 26th. We will be again partnering with the Vinton Police Department to host a community event open and FREE to anyone. All participants and spectators welcome.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
  • Doors will open at 7:00 AM. The optional briefing will begin at 7:45.
  • The event is FREE but we will be accepting donations to benefit The Murph Foundation.
  • Heats will begin at 8:00 AM and will run every 15 minutes. *please note that the heat time you sign up for may be moved 15 min earlier or later*
  • The workout can be modified to meet all fitness levels, so don’t worry if you have never done it!
  • Childcare will be provided, so bring the whole family!
  • After completion of the workout, stick around for our Memorial Day cookout served by Vinton Police Dept, complete with Smooshed ice cream!
