Yoga for Illumination with Stacey

When I took my niece to the planetarium, she was amazed to learn that our bodies are made of the same stuff as the stars. Her mind burst with excitement and her mind steadied in awe. Join me for this illuminating yoga practice inspired by the thought that we are in the universe and the universe is within us. 90-minute practice includes meditation, synchronized breath with movement, and yogic sleep. January 11th at 2pm. $20.
