Tapping into Heart Center through
Restorative Yoga and Guided Meditation
Welcome to the New Year Earth!
It is through our hearts that we will raise consciousness, assist the Light and be open to understanding our connection to Higher Self and Spirit. Let us practice coming into the Heart Center, feeling instead of thinking, and awakening our inner strengths.
Restorative Yoga not only helps the body relax and release tension, but is the perfect practice to be in while opening and aligning with your energy systems, or chakras.
By bringing awareness to and noticing these energy centers, you activate and charge them. This helps to let go of deep stress while calming the nervous system. This is a good way to connect to a sense of balance and healing within your body and mind.
Each restorative pose creates subtle passageways throughout the body, assisting in circulation, openness and freedom in areas that may otherwise feel tense or be holding onto tightness. Using props to feel supported and safe encourages even more opening and relaxation.
While the body rests we will practice feeling into the energy centers. Working with the chakras helps heal old wounds, releases limiting emotions and raises your vibration to be more receptive to healing.

Prior to the class, have a rest that day. The room will be warm and dark so you will want to try and remain awake. Falling asleep is normal and easy to do at first, but our goal is to find that place of balance between deep relaxation and wakefulness. Alert of mind, but a resting body. January 11th 6-7:30pm. $40
