Red Light Yoga with Amber

Red Light Yoga blends red-light illumination, gentle heat, and mindful movement to create a warm and soothing environment that supports whole-body well-being. The combination of light and heat helps the tissues feel more supple and open, allowing movement to feel smoother and more spacious throughout the practice. Red light is also being studied for its role in supporting cellular energy, and when paired with breath-centered yoga and gentle warmth, many students experience a renewed sense of energy and overall comfort.
The soft glow of red light can enhance the feeling of skin vitality and relaxation, while the calming atmosphere of the class helps support nervous system balance. Students often leave feeling centered, grounded, and restored.

This 75-minute class weaves together flowing movement, steady breathwork, meditation, and an extended savasana for full-body integration, offering a mindful and rejuvenating experience suitable for all levels with special guest teacher Amber Lemley from Tranquil Spirit Yoga. January 25th at 1pm. $15.
