Have you wanted to try a Power Flow class at Full Circle Yoga but weren’t sure what to expect? This is your chance to learn the basics of Power Flow with slower, more detailed instruction, perfect for those new to Power Flow or those looking to refine their practice.

Over four weeks, we’ll break down the key elements of a Vinyasa-style / Power Flow class, giving you the confidence to move through poses with ease and more understanding. Instruction will be interactive and paced for full understanding, with personalized guidance, and time for questions and discussions.

Dates: Wednesdays, January 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th

Time: 6-7:30pm
Location: Heated Studio B
