30 Minute Mozzarella

Homemade Mozzarella is easier than you think! Join Emillie Parrish, cookbook author and
fermentation enthusiast, and learn how to make mozzarella in the microwave. This class will
involve working in small groups to make a batch of mozzarella. Workshop fees include
ingredients needed to make a ball of fresh mozzarella.
