Departure Times:
Boarding begins 30 minutes before the posted departure time to ensure all passengers are seated and ready to leave on schedule. Arrive early to explore our historic museum, interactive model railroads, and fascinating on-ground displays.
Seating Options:

Open Air Cars – Feel the breeze as you ride behind the locomotive.
First Class Cars – Enjoy padded seats and climate-controlled comfort.
Coach Cars – Classic commuter-style seating with open windows.
All options provide a 90-minute journey filled with history, great scenery, and interesting commentary.
Scenic Stop at Young’s High Bridge:
Midway through the ride, we’ll pause so you can step off and walk to the edge of Young’s High Bridge, offering breathtaking views of the Kentucky River Palisades.
Accessibility & Restrooms:
We strive to make our experience accessible—our Coach cars accommodate standard-sized wheelchairs. Please note that while restrooms are available at the museum station, there are NO restroom facilities onboard the train.
Parking:
Once you get to the museum, cross the railroad crossing and then turn left where you will find a large parking lot with plenty of spaces.

Open Air Car: Adults $20, Children (2-12) $18
Coach: Adults $15, Children (2-12) $13
Cab Ride: $75 (limited to two riders, who must be able to board and exit the locomotive unassisted)
