Celebrate the longest day of the year with a cosmic reset. Jenny will open the class with an exploration of this summer’s rare alignments. An energetic window that invites luck, authenticity, and expansion. Learn how these powerful changes can guide you to set meaningful intentions for the season ahead.

Tara will then lead a 60-minute yinyasa flow, beginning with gentle movement to stir vitality and ending in restful yin postures designed to ground your intentions. Class will close with space for reflection and journaling, allowing your insights to settle like stardust into your soul.
