WALK WITH YOUR DOC 2025
Join Vernon Active Health, Concept Physiotherapy, and the physicians from Main Street Medical Clinic for the annual Walk with Your Doc event — a FREE community walk promoting health, movement, and community connection.

On Thursday, May 15th, 2025, take your 1 hour lunch break at 12:00 noon and meet us in Polson Park for a one-hour walk and stretch led by your local physiotherapists, physicians, and healthcare providers. It’s a relaxed, social way to learn about the benefits of daily physical activity — while enjoying it alongside the people who support your health.

No registration required — just bring your walking shoes and meet us in beautiful Polson Park! Let’s walk, talk, and move together in support of a healthier community.
